Use the left and right arrows at the top left to change the type of chord you are calculating, and the left and right arrows at the bottom of the page to change the root note.

On an instrument (unless by design), you will not be limited by an area such as that above, so there will be more than one way to play a chord.
Please be warned that this just shows you the notes in the pattern, and does not calculate the correct note names according to context. Eg In F sus 4th the A-sharp should be refered to as B-flat. See Wiki for details.
