Handling charges are included. Shipping & delivery charges are passed on to customers with no mark-up.
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Normally we ship within 5 working days.
Once your merchandise has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
Returns Replacements & Refunds
You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase. There will be no re-stocking charge. Charges relating to shipping cannot be refunded. Merchandise must be returned in resaleable condition and in its original packaging and condition. It must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. In order to receive a replacement unit, customers must contact C-Thru Music within 7 days from the time when the product was delivered in the case of an obvious blemish or defect and in any case within 30 days. Units that have been opened or tampered with will not be replaced or returned, except by written agreement.
