Foreign currencies
Selecting any currency other than US dollars will show estimated prices only. When you make a purchase, you are paying in US dollars and the cost of such dollars in any other currency will depend on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Export Restrictions
We will not export to any country banned from trade with either the USA or the UK. This includes countries deemed to be terrorist states or where trade sanctions are in place for whatever reason. The exact list of such countries may vary from time to time. If you are in any doubt whether this applies to you, please contact C-Thru Music before you attempt a purchase.
Local Taxes
You, not C-Thru Music are responsible for paying any import duty or local taxes that may be applicable in your state or country.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use C-Thru Music's Store only with involvement of a parent or guardian. C-Thru Music reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders using their sole discretion and without giving a reason.
Product Descriptions
C-Thru Music attempts to be as accurate as possible however does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product delivered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

In no event shall C-Thru Music be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.
