Handling & Shipping
Handling charges are included. Shipping & delivery charges are passed on to customers with no mark-up.
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 14:00 (PST) will generally leave our warehouse by the end of the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends or on holidays will generally leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days. This applies only to items that are in stock, and specifically not to the AXiS-64 which must be made to order.
Once your merchandise has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
Returns Replacements & Refunds
You may return non-defective items within 30 days of purchase for any reason. This applies only to the first time purchase of any particular model. After that you know what you are getting. There will be no re-stocking charge. Charges relating to shipping cannot be refunded. Merchandise must be returned in resaleable condition and in its original packaging and condition. In order to receive a replacement unit, customers must contact C-Thru Music within 7 days from the time when the product was delivered in the case of an obvious blemish or defect and in any case within 30 days. Units that have been opened or tampered with will not be replaced or returned, except by written agreement.
